Both waive support, or a signed agreement sets it.

6/7Notice and appeal rights waived

Both waive the procedural rights the summary lane trades away — written into the joint petition.

7/7Both spouses want the decree

The lane is JOINT by definition (NRS 125.182) — one reluctant spouse means a different door.
